The harbour of Thessaloniki is constantly active as many tankers come with their freights to find shelter and trade. The series of the "Tankers in the harbour of Thessaloniki" is painting sometimes with acrylic on paper, sometimes with oil on canvas, are all plein air creations. The sea and the city of  Thessaloniki are one since the beggining of its history, as the roots come from the ancient Greek history. Thessaloniki was the sister of Alexander the Great, the famous Greek emperor of the Greek Macedonians.
